If you want to taste the specialities of the low parmense you are in the right place, personally I don&#39;t love the collar in general, even though the collar served here was excellent, I recommend you 30 months of the cloud and crude shoulder (to be mad) the gardener the excellent wine of the house, crosentine, of course Parmigiano Reggiano 30 months (fresh cut) and a great ananas roast.

Se volete assaporare le specialit&agrave; della bassa parmense siete nel posto giusto, personalmente non amo molto il culatello in generale, anche se quello servito qui era ottimo, vi consiglio il prosciutto 30 mesi e la spallaccia cruda (da impazzire) la giardiniera l&#39;ottimo vino della casa, crescentine, ovviamente Parmigiano Reggiano 30 mesi (fresco di taglio) e un&#39;ottima anatra arrosto.

Bell&#39;ambiente che fa da cornice ad un&#39;offerta  interessante di prelibatezze locali. Servizio attento e veloce. Assolutamente consigliato!

Tornato dopo tanti anni a Fontanellato cercavo un ristorante che mi facesse ritrovare il piacere di questi posti. Tutto ottimo! Abbiamo scelto i taglieri di salumi e formaggi, abbinati a vini locali e alla torta fritta, senza negarci dolci e caff&egrave; con la moka . La posizione del locale &egrave; ottima e ha anche dei tavoli all&rsquo;aperto per godersi il sole di inizio stagione. Personale cortese e professionale, locale molto carino e ben organizzato. Excellent experience! Booked online based on reviews confirmed the positive reviews. After so many years I was back to Fontanellato looking for a restaurant that would make me find the pleasure of these places. All great! We have chosen the salsa and cheese cutters, combined with local wines and frite cake, without denying sweet and coffee with moka . The location of the room is excellent and has tables outdoor to enjoy the sun of the early season. The hotel is very well organised and very friendly and professional staff.

In pi&ugrave; la simpatia e disponibilit&agrave; dei proprietari (Giorgio in primis) ci hanno fatto passare una serata bellissima. Salumi e formaggi super. Restaurant absolutely to try. Reading the menu and reviews on the Fork, we had the kind of experience we expected. In addition, the sympathy and availability of owners (George in primis) made us spend a beautiful evening. Salumi e formaggi super.
